The domiciliation of a company consists in fixing the headquarters of a legal entity at a given registered address.
Although this approach seems a priori to be easy, many pitfalls must be avoided, in order to guarantee a domiciliation in compliance with the legal framework in force defined by the law of May 31st, 1999.
In order to follow this legal framework we have signed a partnership with the accounting firm Céliance.
Art. 1. (1) The Law of 05/31/1999: “When a company establishes a registered office with a third party in order to carry on an activity within the framework of its corporate purpose and that third party provides any services related to that activity, the company and that third party, called domiciliary, are required to enter into a written domiciliation agreement.”
