Why did NCI Business Center choose to join the LWA and the Luxembourg Confederation?
The Luxembourg Workspace Association (LWA) is a young organization (2021) that brings together several Business Centers and coworking spaces in Luxembourg. Its main objective, in addition to promoting the business center sector, is to define the standards of our profession while ensuring a high level of quality and ethics. The LWA represents its members before two Luxembourg authorities: the CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and the AED – Administration de l’Enregistrement et des Domaines.
By joining the LWA, NCI commits to complying with the guidelines of these two authorities and implementing appropriate control measures for its activities to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, and abusive domiciliation.
